Ian Ray P. Malilong

Mr. Malilong is a partner at the Solis Medina Fajardo & Malilong Law Offices, a full-service firm based in Ortigas, Pasig City with special expertise in dispute resolution, telecommunications law, and business organization.

Steeped in the practice of commercial arbitration, he is the current National Director for ADR of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Executive Vice President of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), a member of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) and the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution, Inc. (PICCR), and an accredited mediator and arbitrator for the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).

Mr. Malilong holds a Master of Laws degree in International Dispute Resolution (with Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London and is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines-College of Law.
