The Philippine Bar Association has undertaken a comprehensive review of its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws to ensure alignment with its mission and evolving legal standards. Following approval by the Board of Trustees and ratification by the Members during the Annual Meeting on December 12, 2025, the Association is pleased to present the proposed amendments aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing organizational efficiency.
