The CPRA Roundtable Discussion

In line wih the Supreme Court’s move to improve and update the Lawyers’ Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability, the Philippine Bar Association, in cooperation with the IBP Makati and the DLSU Tañada-Diokno College of Law, held a hybrid roundtable discussion on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Caroline L. Tanchay Auditorium in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Maria Filomena D. Singh presented the Proposed Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability (CPRA). Her discussion was followed by statements from other panelists representing some of the Philippines’ top law firms. The other speakers  were Atty. Nilo T. Divina (DivinaLaw), Atty. Joe Nathan P. Tenefrancia (Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia Law Offices), Atty. Patricia- Ann T. Prodigalidad (ACCRA Law), Atty. Roderick R.C. Salazar III (IBP Makati Chapter), Atty. Jose Luis V. Agcaoili (Agcaoili & Associates), and Atty. Alfredo B. Molo III (MOSVELDTT).
