Arnel Victor C. Valeña

Arnel Victor C. Valeña is the principal of Valeña Law Office.
His practice includes Commercial, Civil, and Criminal Litigation, Administrative Law, Family Law, and Labor Law. He has handled cases and concerns in Competition Law, Telecommunications, Environment, Mining, and Elections.

Mr. Valeña is a Commissioner of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline. He is also President of the Tagapagtanggol ng Watawat, Inc., a public interest group established to support and uphold the constitution of the Republic of the Philippines and the ideals for which the Philippine flag stands for. He teaches at the Philippine Law School.

Before establishing Valeña Law Office in 2016, Arnel had gained invaluable experience in the banking industry and several law firms.

Arnel graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. Prior to that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science also from U.P. Diliman.
