Rachelle Aileen S. Santos

Rachelle Aileen S. Santos is a Senior Partner of Platon Martinez Flores San Pedro and Leaño. Prior to joining her firm in 1998, she was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Vicente V. Mendoza. She is a director and corporate secretary of various corporations. Her areas of practice are Corporate Law (mergers and acquisitions, special projects) and Labor and Employment Law.

Ms. Santos has given lectures in seminars on Philippine Labor Laws – Standards and Employee Relations and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Law for corporate clients and high school students. Ms. Santos is currently a lecturer at the College of Law of Jose Rizal University teaching Labor Law, Legal Techniques & Logic, and Legal Writing.

She graduated cum laude in 1991 from the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communications with a degree in B.A. Communication, Major in Journalism. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1995.
