Vice President for Administration and Finance
Rodolfo A. Gamboa has been practicing law for over 60 years. He was a Delegate for the 1st District of Negros Occidental in the 1971 Constitutional Convention. He was formerly a Director and Corporate Secretary of Republic Planters Bank, and Administrator of the Sugar Regulatory Administration where he was also a Member of the Sugar Board. He was the President of the National Sugar Refineries Corporation, Philippine Sugar Corporation, the Occidental Negros Lions Club, and Bacolod Boat Club, Inc. He was also the National President of the Confederation of Sugar Producers Association, Inc.
Mr. Gamboa obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines, and his Doctor en Derecho degree from the Universidad de Madrid. He is currently an Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Silay, Negros Occidental and Chairman Emeritus of the Associated Planters of Silay-Saravia, Inc. He is the Chairman and CEO of Rocel Farms, Inc., and Director of Ragam Plantations, Inc., Dalayapan Farms, Inc. and, Garoda Plantations, Inc. He is the Vice-President for Administration and Finance of the Philippine Bar Association.
