The Philippine Bar Association (PBA) led by President Ernestine Carmen Jo D. Villareal-Fernando participated in this year’s UP Sunflower Run entitled “Pagpugay sa Kababaihan, Pagasa para sa Kabataan”. The event was held at the UP Academic Oval on 11 March 2023 in commemoration of Women’s Month.
